Her passion for real estate began early—she bought her first home at 22 and her third by 28, firmly believing in the value of real estate investment. With over 250 home sales and a sales volume exceeding $140 million, along with a portfolio of successful investments that includes a short-term rental in Blue Ridge and long-term rental properties, Christy is an expert at navigating the real estate market.
